STALL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STALL FRONT:

    1. Set upright posts & screw or nail 2x lumber to desired grill height.
    2. Slide foam in bar tracks, insert bars into bar tracks and rubber band together.
    3. Place grill assembly on top of the 2x lumber wall.
    4. Slide top board in top bar track, pull down firmly and fasten to posts and cut rubber bands.

DOOR BOARDS:

    Cut boards 49 ¾” from your 10’ or 12’ boards.

    (The remainder makes the balance of the stall front.)

DOOR ASSEMBLY:

    1. Lay out the door with the grill at desired height and drill pilot holes then lag the door sides to the wood.
    2. Mount door rollers per their instructions.

DOOR SLIDE TRACK:

    1. Measure door hanging distance and mount the slide track at desired height. Lift the door and slide it onto the track. Tighten the end caps where needed to stop door travel.
    2. Install the stay roller.

THE LATCH:

    1. Assemble latch as per the instructions included.
